The core problem

The 5 mistakes stopping great
speakers before they start.

Most people have knowledge. Some have expertise. Very few have a talk. Here's what I see get in the way - every single time.

01

Overlook Speaking Skills

Most experts assume their content is enough. It isn't. If you don't know how to open, hold attention, pace a story, and land a point, your expertise disappears the moment you step on stage.

02

No Approach to Audience Neurochemistry and Emotional Stimuli

Audiences don't remember facts. They remember feeling something. If you don't know how to trigger attention, curiosity, and emotional investment, your talk becomes background noise.

03

Incorrect Preparation Protocol

Writing a script and reading it isn't preparation. Neither is rehearsing in your head. Without the right preparation protocol, you walk on stage under-rehearsed, over-reliant on notes, and easy to forget.

04

Not Marketable or Agency Friendly

You can be a great speaker and still be invisible to the people who book stages. Without a marketable talk, a clear positioning, and the assets agencies expect, you won't even get the conversation.

05

No Mentor

Figuring this out alone is slow, expensive, and painful. Without someone who has done it before, you repeat mistakes you can't see, miss shortcuts you don't know exist, and quit before you break through.

The Unicorn Effect

"I've never seen anyone explain it like that before." - That's what you want them to say. That's what separates the speakers who get booked from the ones who get forgotten.

Empty auditorium waiting

This webinar is for you if

You have something worth saying.

You don't need to already be a speaker. You need to believe your idea matters - and be ready to do something about it.

  • You're a coach, consultant, expert, or entrepreneur with real knowledge to share
  • You've thought about speaking on stage but never quite taken the step
  • You've given talks, but you're not getting booked the way you want to be
  • You're tired of seeing other speakers on stage thinking "I could do that"
  • You want a career - or income stream - built around your ideas

Chris Lincoln

Chris will be the first to tell you: he used to be a poor speaker. Nervous, unclear, forgettable. The kind of person who had ideas worth sharing but couldn't get them across a room, let alone a stage.

Then he did the work. Chris trained with David JP Phillips and Alex Grabner-Jarlung, rebuilt his craft from the ground up, and turned himself into a keynote speaker and speaker coach. The results followed: a 1000% increase in his coaching charge rate, 8x return on investment, and 5x sales value.

Since then he's been invited as a spotlight speaker by the CIOF to a large audience, invited onto expert panels, invited to deliver a keynote in London, and invited onto podcasts to share his approach. In this webinar he'll share his journey, the key moments of change, and the expertise behind the three subjects we're covering together.

"It's a skill, not a talent."

What others say

They showed up. They changed.

"
I was not sure how I should present what I wanted to present and I was doubting myself. The biggest progress for me was finding my own voice. Sometimes it's hard because you don't see it yourself when you're in it. I think I found it with your help really. It helped me find my voice and understand that my own story is actually the foundation of my business today.

"
Everything we did in the training was very helpful. I spent almost three weeks refining my talk, recording myself over and over again. Then we got expert advice and honestly, at first I thought three weeks of work had been wasted. But the expert advice was absolutely fantastic. Once I changed just a few things, everything changed. It was already a good talk, but that made it top notch.

I'm very happy that I got support from you. I started by writing down everything I wanted to tell and it was probably several hours of a talk. Then you challenged me: what is the most important thing, and what do I want them to feel? I went from having all the examples to finding the examples that would make people feel recognition. That changed everything.
